跨团队饮食干预改善血透患者营养不良的临床研究 被引量:11

摘要 慢性肾脏病患病率逐年升高,透析人数以每年7%的速率增长[1]。维持性血液透析治疗作为终末期肾衰竭(MHD)患者的重要肾脏替代疗法挽救并延续了很多患者的生命。但据相关文献报道,MHD患者的营养不良发生率可高达60%~88%,营养不良可使透析患者的免疫功能降低、贫血加重,易于感染,并影响心、肺、脑等器官功能,使患者生活质量降低,病死率升高[2]。因此,早期的营养不良护理干预对提高MHD患者的生活质量及预后生存率具有重要意义。本研究通过评估MHD患者的营养状况及日常饮食情况,采用跨团队饮食干预措施,取得了较好的临床效果,现报道如下。
