多组分湿壁容器火灾工况安全阀泄放量计算

摘要 本文介绍了多组分湿壁容器火灾工况安全阀泄放量计算方法,其关键在于采用多级闪蒸过程模拟多组分蒸馏过程的安全阀泄放,以最大泄放面积对应的泄放量作为火灾工况安全阀设计泄放量。本方法与动态模拟计算的泄放面积很接近,结果可靠,在工程设计中可用此方法计算多组分湿壁容器火灾工况安全阀泄放量。 In this paper,the calculation method of mass discharge flow of safety valve for multi-component wet-wall vessel under fire condition is introduced. The key point is to use multi-stage flash to simulate multi- component distillation in safety valve discharge process,and take the mass discharge flow rate corresponding to the maximum discharge flow area as the design mass discharge flow rate of safety valve under fire condition. The calculated discharge flow area by this method is very close to dynamic simulation,the result is reliable,so this method can be used to calculate the mass discharge flow rate of safety valve for multi-component wet-wall vessel under fire condition in engineering design.
