现代学徒制“工匠型”食品人才培养模式的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 食品产业是国家传统而又不断注入新元素的支柱产业,培养“工匠型”人才能够更好地促进食品行业的发展。现代学徒制是国家主推的职业教育模式,研究和践行“工匠型”现代学徒制食品人才培养是国家的需要、食品产业的需要和食品专业学生发展的需要,本文介绍了我国现代学徒制的现状和“工匠型”人才的重要性,结合本校省级现代学徒制试点现状,提出了培养现代学徒制“工匠型”食品人才的措施和克服的关键问题,提升人才培养质量,为相关院校提供借鉴。 Food industry is a national traditional and continuous injection of new elements of the pillar industry,the training of craftsmen talents can better promote the development of the food industry. Modern apprenticeship system is the mode of vocational education promoted by our country. It is the need of the country,the need of the food industry and the need of the development of the students majoring in food to study and practice the training of “craftsman” modern apprenticeship food talents.This paper introduced the present situation of modern apprenticeship system in China and the importance of “craftsman” talents. Combined with the present situation of provincial modern apprenticeship system in our college,this paper put forward some measures for cultivating modern apprenticeship “craftsman type” food talents and the key problems to be overcome,so as to improve the quality of talent training.It could provide reference for relevant colleges and universities.
