摘要
根据《水污染防止行动计划》等黑臭河道治理相关的出台政策和我国受污染河湖水体的现状,黑臭水体治理已到了刻不容缓的程度。本文结合国内黑臭水体现状,综合国内外河道整治的历史、策略和方法,提出一套完善的河道综合整治技术体系思路,并将此思路应用于山东地区某黑臭河道的治理,为后续研究提供较好的指导作用。
According to the policies related to the black and smelly river treatment such as 《Action Plan for Prevention and Control of Water Pollution》,and the current situation of polluted river and lake water in China ,the treatment has reached the urgent level. This paper summarizes the historical strategies and methods of river regulation at home and abroad,puts forward a set of comprehensive river regulation technology system,and applies this idea to the treatment of a black and smelly river in Shandong province.This paper provides a good guidance for the follow-up research.
