摘要
本文介绍了工业污水处理现状、膜材料分类及膜分离技术应用特点,针对其中微滤MF膜技术进行了说明,展现了管式微滤膜系统进行工业污水净化及淡水资源回用的现场应用情况,并与传统过滤方式进行对比,结果显示,利用管式微滤膜系统过滤,加配离子交换树脂和活性炭过滤器后,产出水中重金属离子Ni含量大幅降低,最高降幅达到80.0%,效果显著,可用于工业污水深度净化和淡水资源回收利用。
The present situation of industrial sewage treatment,classification of membrane materials and application characteristics of membrane separation technology are introduced in this paper,and the microfiltration technology is described.The field application of tubular micro-filtration membrane system in industrial wastewater purification and fresh water resource recovery is presented and compared with traditional filtration method.The results show that the tubular micro-filtration membrane system is used for filtration.With the addition of ion exchange resin and activated carbon filter,the Ni content of heavy metal ions in the produced water was greatly reduced,the maximum decrease was 80.0%,and the effect was remarkable.It can be used for the deep purification of industrial wastewater and the recovery and utilization of fresh water resources.
