摘要
转向齿条力是车辆EPS系统匹配设计过程中的关键参数。文章基于某国产样车开发过程中遇到的转向齿条力超出助力电机承载能力的问题,通过敏感度分析找出影响转向齿条力的关键因子,并着重分析转向机构几何参数对转向齿条力和车辆转向性能的影响,最后通过悬架及转向系统的优化设计,有效降低了转向机的最大齿条力,同时保证了车辆转向性能,为今后汽车悬架和转向系统的设计提供了借鉴。
Rack load is an important parameter in the matching design of vehicle EPS system. To solve the problem that rack load exceeds the bearing capacity of EPS assist motor during the development of a prototype vehicle, the key factor′s that effect rack load are figured out through sensitivity analysis, and the influence of geometric parameters of steering mechanism on rack load and vehicle steering performance is analyzed. Finally, through the optimization design of suspension and steering system, the rack load is reduced and vehicle steering performance is improved, which provides a reference for vehicle suspension and steering system development in the future.
