摘要
随着汽车市场竞争日趋激烈,产品迭代升级进一步加快,产品平台化是提升企业研发效率的重要手段之一。文章阐述了一种适合全球化、复杂平台化的产品规划方法,以解决汽车产品需要多品牌、多车型、不同制造地、多个工程研发中心协同开发的平台化产品的规划问题。
With the increasing competition in the automobile market and the acceleration of product iteration and upgrading,platform developing is one of the most important ways to improve the efficiency of enterprise R&D. In this paper,a globalized and complex platform product planning method is described to solve the problem of multi-brand,multi-model,different manufacturing sites and multi-engineering R&D center collaborative development for automotive products.
