2022年北京冬奥会背景下我国冬季奥运项目发展研究

Research on the Development of Winter Olympic Events in China Under the Background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games

运用文献资料法等,对2022年北京冬奥会背景下我国冬季奥运项目的发展进行研究。冬奥会背景下,我国冬季奥运项目发展优势主要有:国家政策扶持,有利的外部社会环境;竞技能力提升,依托高校多方位扶持;承办冬奥赛事;媒体宣传普及,群众冰雪运动掀起新热潮。面临的挑战为:项目发展不均衡,人才储备匮乏;竞赛体系不健全,行业准则缺失;竞争压力大,场地设施缺乏;发展攻坚期,备战任务重;文化底蕴薄弱,产业规模不大。发展路径:注重顶层设计,谋划科学发展;培养各类人才,加大资金扶持;优化竞赛体系,培育冰雪产业;强化科技支撑,构建"复合式"团队;厚植项目文化,夯实文化基础。

Using literature reviews and some other research methods, this paper studies China’s Winter Olympic events development under the background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The advantages can be illustrated as follows: support from national policies and external social environment;competitiveness abilities have been improved due to the multidimensional support from colleges and universities;have opportunities to host the Winter Olympic Games, and the world’s concentration on Chinese stories;propaganda on winter sports increase the public attention towards ice and snow sports. The challenges involved the followings: unbalanced event development results in the inadequate backup talents;imperfect competition system leads to standards problems;huge competition pressure and lack of facilities to support the training;heavy task of preparation at the critical stage of development;weak cultural accumulation and small industrial scale. The future development strategies involved: pay attention to the top-level design and plan scientific development;cultivate professional talents and increase financial support;optimize the domestic competition system and cultivate related industry;strengthen project culture and consolidate cultural foundation.
