新时代中国体育依法行政实现路径研究

Research on the Path of Administration by Law of Chinese Sports Administration in the New Era

运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,在分析体育依法行政内涵和特征的基础上,结合当前我国体育依法行政过程中存在的问题,提出新时代中国体育依法行政的实现路径。主要结论:法治思维是新时代实现体育依法行政的核心;决策科学是新时代实现体育依法行政的前提条件和制度保障;权力规制是新时代推进体育依法行政的必要环节;纠纷解决是健全体育行政争议化解机制的重要手段;信息公开是新时代实现体育依法行政的有效监督形式。

By using literature reviews, expert interviews and other methods, based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of sports administration by law, combining the problems existing in the current process of sports administration by law in China, this paper proposes the realization path of Chinese sports administration by law in the new age. Main conclusions: the spirit of sports administration by law can be regarded as the core in the new age;scientific decision-making is the preconditions and institutional safeguards of sports administration by law in the new age;regulation of power is a necessary link of promoting sports administration by law in the new age;dispute resolution is an important mean to solve sports administrative problems;information disclosure is an effective means of supervision to realize sports administration by law in the new age.
