体育与音乐融合研究现状及展望

The Status and Prospect of the Integration of Music and Sports

采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对体育与音乐融合研究的现状进行描述,总结得出:体育与音乐的渊源有史可寻;音乐对体育的影响包括对运动人群的生理、心理的调节,对教学训练的促进以及对运动项目的影响。分析现有研究存在的问题:体育与音乐融合研究内容不全面,缺乏系统性;研究流于表面,缺乏层次性;交叉领域研究分类模糊,缺乏概念的厘清和界定。建议:完善和发展音乐融入体育研究的广度和深度,扩展和开拓体育作用于音乐的探究范围,选择和建构体育与音乐交叉领域理论基础。

This paper describes the current research situation of sports and music by using the methods of literature reviews and logic analysis. It is concluded that the relationship between sports and music starts from long time ago. The influence of music on sports includes the adjustment on people’s physical and psychological health, as well as the promotion of teaching and training on sports games. Drawbacks have been analyzed in the research that can be summarized as follows: firstly, the content is insufficient and weak in being a system;secondly, the studies are weak in depth and logic. thirdly, the cross field research classification is ambiguous and lacks of definition of concept. The following are some research suggestions: improve and develop the broaden and depth of music in sports research. Expand and explore the scope of sports in music research. Choose and construct the theoretical basis of the cross field of sports and music is the development direction in future research.
