采用文献资料法等,分析我国健身休闲产业发展面临的困境并提出破解对策。面临的困境:产业规模不大,产业有效供给不足,产业人才短缺,产业市场化水平不高,产业政策不完善。对策:促进健身休闲项目发展,扩大健身休闲产业市场规模;提升产品与服务质量,增强健身休闲产业供给体系质量;加强人力资本投入,培养适宜于健身休闲产业发展的复合型人才;夯实制度保障,深化健身休闲产业领域"放管服"改革;强化政策供给,完善健身休闲产业政策。

Using literature reviews and some other research methods to analyze the dilemma faced by the development of fitness and leisure industry in China and puts forward countermeasures. Dilemma: the scale of fitness and leisure industry is rather small, the effective supply of fitness and leisure industry is insufficient, the talent shortage of fitness and leisure industry is short, the marketization level of fitness and leisure industry is not high, and the policy of fitness and leisure industry is imperfect. Countermeasure: promote the development of fitness and leisure projects to expand the market scale of fitness and leisure industry, improve the quality of products and services to enhance the quality of the supply system of fitness and leisure industry, strengthen human capital investment to train compound talents suitable for the development of fitness and leisure industry, consolidate the system guarantee to deepen the reform of "release control clothing" in the field of fitness and leisure industry, and strengthen the policy supply to improve the fitness and leisure industry policy.
