关于天津市工会干部教育培训工作的调研与思考 被引量:2

摘要 通过对天津市工会干部教育培训工作实际情况和变化趋势的调研,更加明确了工会教育培训工作面临的新形势新任务。针对当前主要存在的统筹协调不足、覆盖范围不广、课程体系缺乏针对性、培训方式缺乏创新等问题,结合教育培训的新特点、需求结构性变化、互联网和新媒体应用的影响等,应从完善培训内容体系、优化分类分级、创新方式方法、建立健全制度保障体系等方面加以改进和提高。 By investigating of the situation and trend of the education and training of Tianjin trade union cadres,the new situation and tasks of the trade union's education and training work have been clarified.In view of the current problems of insufficient coordination,lack of coverage,lack of specific curriculum system,and lack of innovation in training methods, combined with the new characteristics of education and training,structural changes in demand,and the impact of Internet and new media applications,we should improve the training system,optimize the classification,innovative the methods,and establish a sound system.
