摘要
为深入贯彻男女平等的基本国策,落实中央经济工作会议关于“就业要解决好性别歧视问题”的要求,根据中华全国总工会领导同志2018年重点课题调研计划安排和部署,河南省总工会开展了关于企业性别平等机制建设的调研工作。在调研中通过注重分析性别平等与企业关系的状况,总结出企业在性别平等机制建设中的好做法、好经验,提出当前工会在劳动领域推动企业性别平等机制建设的可行性措施。
In order to thoroughly implement the national policy of gender equality and to implement the requirements of "Employment must solve the problem of gender discrimination" made by the Central Economic Work Conference,according to the research plan and deployment of the key research projects made by the leaders of the All- China Federation of Trade Unions in 2018,Henan Federation of Trade Union studies the construction of corporate gender equality mechanisms.In the survey,through analyzing the status of gender equality and corporate relations,it summed up the practices and experience and proposed the feasible measures for trade unions to promote gender equality mechanism at present.
