苏兆征精神是中国共产党人“初心”的生动诠释,对于推进新时代中国特色社会主义的新发展具有重要意义。新时代弘扬苏兆征精神,要立足工会改革,将“苏兆征精神”价值内涵置于新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中,通过分析苏兆征精神在理想信念、宗旨意识、工作实践、日常生活层面的多维内涵,从提高政治站位、守住主业主责、践行群众路线、加强队伍建设、打响工会品牌五个路径推进“苏兆征精神”从符号意义走向实践价值。

Su Zhaozheng's Spirit is a vivid interpretation of the founding mission of the Chinese communists party,and is of great significance for advancing the new development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.In the new era,the spirit of Su Zhaozheng should be promoted basing on the reform of trade union.And the value of Su Zhaozheng's Spirit should be placed in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.By analyzing ideal belief,purpose consciousness,work practice and daily life connotation of Su Zhaozheng's Spirit,it could be promoted from symbolic meaning to practical value from the five points:improving political standing,holding the responsibility of the main owner,practicing the mass line,strengthening the team building,and starting the trade union brand.
