高职院校教学质量的优劣,离不开其教学管理水平的高低。教学管理工作可谓高职院校管理工作的核心。当前,高职院校教学管理工作在管理方式、制度体系、信息化、评价机制及管理人员等方面都存在一些问题,应从倡导以人为本的教育理念、完善教学管理制度、释放教学管理机制活力、优化教学管理人员素质、实行信息化管理等方面,有针对性地采取改进措施,全面提升高职院校教学管理工作水平,以适应和迎接高职发展新的历史机遇。

The quality of teaching in vocational colleges is highly related to the level of teaching management. Teaching management can be described as the core of the management of vocational colleges.At present,the teaching management of vocational colleges has some problems in management methods,institutional systems,informationization, evaluation mechanisms and management personnel.In the aspects of promoting the people-oriented education concept, perfecting the teaching management system,releasing the vitality of the teaching management mechanism,optimizing the quality of teaching management personnel,and implementing information management,we have taken targeted measures to comprehensively improve the teaching management level of vocational colleges to adapt to and meet the new historical opportunities for higher vocational education development.
