基于DEA-MI的旅游精准扶贫效率测度及空间分异研究——以安徽省安庆地区为例

Research on Efficiency Measurement and Spatial Differentiation of Targeted Poverty Relief by Tourism Development Based on DEA-MI——A Case Study of Anqing Region in Anhui Province

从旅游扶贫的视角出发,采用DEA模型对2011—2017年安庆地区旅游扶贫效率进行测度,运用Malmquist指数法测算不同年份旅游扶贫效率的变化情况,分析该地区8县(市)的旅游扶贫效率形态及演进模式,并从扶贫收益和扶贫效率角度研究空间分异状态。基于此,提出了促进安庆地区旅游精准扶贫效率提升、实现旅游扶贫的有效对策。

From the perspective of poverty alleviation by tourism,this paper uses DEA model to measure the efficiency of poverty alleviation by tourism in Anqing Area from the year 2011 to 2017,and uses Malmquist index method to estimate the dynamic change of efficiency of poverty alleviation by tourism in each year,analyzes the efficiency patterns and evolution models of poverty alleviation by tourism in each county or city of this area,and studies the spatial differentiation status from the perspectives of poverty alleviation income and poverty alleviation efficiency.Based on these,it puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the efficiency of targeted poverty relief by tourism and realize poverty alleviation by tourism in Anqing Area.
