摘要
目的:探讨案例式情景教学模式结合“数字人”解剖系统在高职院校护理专业人体解剖教学中的应用效果。方法:随机选取郑州铁路职业技术学院2018级护理专业2个班级。其中,护理18A2班为对照组,采用传统的课堂教学方法;护理18A3班为实验组,运用案例式情景教学结合“数字人”解剖系统的教学形式。期末对两组实验、理论和总成绩进行教学效果评价,并对实验组学生采取问卷调查进行满意度评价。结果:实验组学生实验、理论和总成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且调查问卷显示各项评价项目学生满意度高。结论:案例式情景教学结合“数字人”解剖系统的教学模式可以提高学生的学习兴趣,培养他们的临床综合能力,并且能提高教学效率。
Objective: To explore the application effect of case-based situational teaching model combined with "digital human anatomy" system in human anatomy teaching of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges. Methods: 2 classes of 2018 nursing majors of Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College were randomly selected. Among them, class 18A2 was the control group, in which the traditional classroom teaching method was adopted , and class 18A3 is the experimental group, in which the case-based situational teaching with the teaching form of "digital human anatomy" system was adopted. At the end of the semester, the teaching effect of the two groups of experiments, theories and total scores were evaluated, and the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results: The experiment, theory and total scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the questionnaire showed that students in experimental group were highly satisfied. Conclusion: case-based situational teaching combined with the teaching mode of “digital human anatomy” system can improve students’ learning interest, cultivate their clinical comprehensive ability and improve teaching efficiency.
