新媒体环境下大学生志愿服务管理的现状与对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasure of College Students’ Volunteer Service Management under the New Media Environment

新媒体的开放性、交互性和虚拟性对大学生志愿服务管理的创新提出了要求,但大学生志愿服务管理中存在着志愿服务管理方式陈旧、志愿活动安全隐患凸显、志愿精神传递效能弱化等问题。对此,依据新媒体的特性,提出创新高校志愿服务管理工作方式、夯实志愿活动安全教育基础、加强志愿精神线上传递等对策,多管齐下,提高管理效率。

At present, the openness, interaction and virtuality of new media have put forward requirements for the innovation of college students' volunteer service management. However, there are some problems in the management of college students' volunteer service, such as the outdated management mode of volunteer service, the highlight of potential safety hazards of volunteer activities, and the weakening of the volunteer spirit transmission efficiency. So, according to the characteristics of new media, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of innovating the management mode of volunteer service in colleges, consolidating the basis of safety education for volunteer activities, and strengthening the online transmission of volunteer spirit, various approaches should put forward together to improve the management efficiency.
