浙江省中小幼教师培训授课专家队伍结构分析

摘要 对浙江省教师培训管理平台授课专家数据库已录入的2万余条数据进行统计分析。发现,录入授课专家人数排前几位的培训机构是我省承担教师培养任务的高校,但众多师训单位录入的授课专家总数占了一半以上;在授课专家中,副高以上职称的占了近7成;授课专家来自高校和中学的分别占第一、第二位,且总量过半,来自小学、幼儿园、师训机构、教科研机构、企业等单位的专家也分别占5%至15%的比例。 Statistics and analysis were carried out on more than 20,000 pieces of data recorded in the expert database of Zhejiang teacher training and management platform. It is found that the training institutions with the highest number of input teaching experts are the colleges and universities in the province that undertake the task of teacher training, but the total number of input teaching experts in many teacher training units accounts for more than half. Among the teaching experts, nearly 70 percent have the titles of deputy senior high school or above;Teaching experts from universities and middle schools accounted for the first and second place respectively, and more than half of the total, and experts from primary schools, kindergartens, teacher training institutions, teaching and research institutions, enterprises and other institutions also accounted for 5% to 15% respectively.
