摘要
教师专业学习社群以促进教师同事对话,共生共享优秀教学资源与教学经验,凝聚群体智慧开展创造性教学,最终促进学生有效学习的优势,在教学现场以如火如荼之势展开。在强调“核心素养培养”的当今社会,不仅对学生学习更好地适应现在生活、面对未来挑战提出了新要求,更对教师教学及其专业成长提出新挑战。基于核心素养的教育教学背景,在梳理教师专业学习社群的价值基础上,审视专业学习社群经营的可能困境,从而提出基于核心素养教师专业学习社群的增能机制,以期教师专业学习社群更好地发挥辐射和引领作用,形成有效的共学机制。
A Teachers’ professional learning community has advantages in promoting teachers’ dialogue, sharing excellent teaching resources and experience, condensing group wisdom to carry out creative teaching, and ultimately promoting students’ advantages of effective learning. Today’s society emphasizes “core competencies”, which not only requests students to better adapt to their current life and future challenges, but also raises new challenges to teaching and teachers’ professional growth. Based on the educational background of core competencies, we comb the value of teachers’ professional learning community, examine the possible dilemmas of professional learning community management, and propose the empowerment mechanism of teachers’ professional learning community for its better role in radiation and leading to learning together.
