图书馆参考咨询服务新模式探索——以宁波市图书馆《天一文荟》为例

An Exploration on New Model of Library Reference Service——Taking Tianyi Wenhui of Ningbo Library as an Example

通过对宁波市图书馆信息刊物《天一文荟》的创刊背景、刊物定位、内容版面等的解读,剖析《天一文荟》作为参考咨询刊物所产生的社会成效,如助力决策创新、拓展图书馆在城市发展中的功能定位、传播本地文化等,同时指出刊物存在的局限性和进一步提升空间,借此探索图书馆为政府部门决策提供参考咨询服务的可行性模式。

Through the interpretation of publication background, journal positioning and content layout of Tianyi Wenhui, an information journal of Ningbo Library, this paper analyses the social effects of Tianyi Wenhui as a reference journal, such as helping decision-making innovation, expanding the function orientation of Library in urban development, and disseminating local culture. At the same time, it points out the limitations of the journals and further improves the space, so as to explore the feasibility model of the library to provide reference services for government decision-making.
