摘要 陶行知说过:“生活即教育,教育是从生活中来,从生活中展开”,因此,结合当地的雪菜特色资源,尝试把它引进幼儿园的课堂,从幼儿的年龄特点和生活经验出发,设置开展了生活化“雪菜腌制”的地方课程,让孩子知道种植、收获、晾晒、腌制、发酵的古老雪菜加工,不仅了解我们地方特产的文化韵味,还在其他领域得到了较大发展,分享走进生活、了解生活、体验生活的快乐。 Tao xingzhi said:“Life is education, education comes from life”. The paper combines the resources of local characteristics of pickled potherb mustard, introduces it into kindergarten teaching according to young children’s age characteristic and life experience, sets up kindergarten-based class of “Potherb Mustard Salted” for children to know traditional potherb mustard planting, harvesting, drying, curing and fermentation processing, which not only educates children special local culture, but also considerably develop their other fields. Children share life, know life, experience the joy of life.
