宁海前童古镇有“五匠之乡”的美誉,古镇中的“能工巧匠”们沉迷于制作各类器具、物件以备家用或者赏玩。随着时代变迁,古镇中的老少匠人们对手艺传承的热情与专业仍然不减,并有着特别的家乡味道。在这种匠人精神的感召下,前童镇中心幼儿园将“良匠无弃木”理念运用到管理上,利用当地的匠文化资源,通过“择木深虑、精心打磨、严丝合缝”等策略的应用,在和谐团队建设的探索与实践中取得显著成效。

Qiantong, an ancient town in Ninghai, is known as “the home of five craftsmen”, where skilled craftsmen are obsessed with making all kinds of appliances and objects for home use or entertainment. With the changes of the times, the old and young craftsmen in the ancient town are still enthusiastic and professional about the inheritance of crafts, and have a special taste of home. Inspired by the spirit of craftsman, Qiantong central kindergarten has applied the concept of “good carpenter never abandon wood” to management, and made remarkable achievements in the exploration and practice of building a harmonious team through the application of “careful selection of wood, careful polishing and strict fitting” and other strategies by utilizing the local carpenter cultural resources.
