摘要
针对镀锌客车外板,通过优化热轧来料凸度至60μm,增加轧制力弯辊力前馈程序,提高拉矫机延伸率,降低卷取张力10%,并制定详细的板形检查和管理制度,有效减少了客车外板的板形质量异议,满足了用户的需求。
For galvanized passenger car shell plate, we optimizing the convexity of hot rolled incoming material to 60 micron to the feedforward program of rolling force bending roll force, improve the elongation of stretching straightener, reduce the coiling tension by 10%, and to formulate detailed flatness inspection and management system. It effectively reduces the objection of the shape and quality of the bus exterior panel, meeting the needs of users.
