全自动LFK弹簧床芯成套设备,采用弹簧两端开口、不打结,近似方形的新设计思想;开发了数控技术、PLC控制和机电保护技术,完成床垫弹簧的自动卷绕;床芯排数由电脑设定,经人工上料,上下同时串簧,以完成弹簧床芯的制造.该全自动弹簧床芯生产线的开发,填补了国内床垫自动生产线的空白,达到国外同类产品的先进水平.

The complete equipment of the fully automatic LFK spring bed core adopts a new design idea of opening at both ends of the spring,without any knot and with a squarish form.It completes the automatic winding of the mattress spring by adopting numerical control technology,PLC control and mechanical and electrical protection technology.The number of the bed core is set by the computer,and the automatic spring bed core is produced by the artificial feeding and with the upper and lower springs.The automatic spring bed core production line has filled the blank of the automatic production line of the domestic mattress,thereby achieving the high level of the foreign products of its kind.
