自新能源汽车进入市场以来,政府推出一系列新能源汽车支持政策助力行业发展,免征新能源车辆购置税这一政策是2014年开始制定并实施的.运用双重差分法针对该政策进行效应分析的结果显示,免征车辆购置税并没有有效提升新能源汽车的销量,近两年新能源汽车迅猛的市场表现应为其他利好政策及车企生产实力提高的综合结果,最后从解决充电难问题、刺激市场需求和提升质量稳定性三方面对新能源汽车发展提出了建议.

Since the new energy vehicles entered the market,the government has launched a series of policies to support the development of the industry.The policy of exempting the purchase tax of new energy vehicles was implemented in 2014.The results of the policy by using the double difference method show that the exemption of vehicle purchase tax has not effectively promoted the sales of new energy vehicles.The rapid market performance of new energy vehicles in the past two years has been the combined result of other policies and the improvement of production power of the automobile enterprises.Finally,suggestions on the development of new energy vehicles are put forward from the ensuing three aspects:solving the difficulty of charging,stimulating the market demand and improving the quality and stability.
