在我国高等教育教育大众化过程中,城市和富裕阶层家庭的学生更容易获得优质高等教育机会,而农村和贫困地区学生的机会则相对有限。城乡子女高等教育机会差异性,不仅体现在数量上,更体现在质量方面。城乡经济和基础教育发展水平的差距是造成这种差异的主要原因,但在一定程度上,高校现行的招生制度则强化了这种差异性。其中,自主招生、保送生、综合评价等招生制度都不利于农村学生就读重点高校。因此,在进行高校招生制度设计时,应多关注农村学生的入学机会问题。既要有向农村学生倾斜的政策,也要采取具体措施提高农村基础教育质量和农村学生的综合能力。

In the process of popularization of higher education in China,students from urban and wealthy families are more likely to get high-quality higher education opportunities,while students from rural and poverty-stricken areas have relatively limited opportunities.The difference of higher education opportunities between urban and rural children is not only reflected in the quantity,but also in the quality.The gap between urban and rural economy and the development level of basic education are the main reasons for this difference,and to a certain extent,the current enrollment system in colleges and universities strengthens the difference.Among them,the enrollment system based on scores,recommendation and comprehensive evaluation is not conducive for the rural students to get into the key universities.Therefore,in the design of college enrollment system,we should pay more attention to the enrollment opportunities of rural students.Not only should we adopt a preferential policy towards rural students,but also take measures to improve the quality of rural basic education and the comprehensive ability of rural students.
