摘要
随着5G商用牌照的发放,5G的商用化脚步越来越快,本文对5G的系统架构进行介绍,并针对系统架构中5G核心网和5G接入网所涉及的标准必要专利进行分析,揭示了不同国家不同企业的专利布局侧重点,并基于此对我国5G产业的发展前景进行了展望。
With the release of 5G commercial license, the commercial step of 5G is more and more fast. This paper introduces the system architecture of 5G, analyzes the standard essential patents of 5GC and NG-RAN in the system architecture of 5G and reveals the patent layout focus of different enterprises in different countries. On the basis of this, the development prospect of China's 5G industry is made.
