摘要
本文结合具体检索实践案例来探讨对于涉及3GPP协议5G新空口相关标准改进的专利申请,如何根据3GPP提案文档撰写和表述的特点和EPOQUENET系统中XP3GPP数据库的特点来表达发明构思,充分利用XP3GPP数据库的TI字段减少全文检索中的噪声,更高效地获取相关的对比文件,期望通过本文的方法有助于优化检索策略。
For the patent applications related to improvement or enhancement of the 5G New Radio related standard based on 3GPP protocols, this paper discusses how to express the invention concept considering the characteristics of composing and expressing the 3GPP drafts and the characteristics of the XP3GPP database in EPOQUENET system, and how to suppress the noise in full-text searching by suffi ciently using the TI fi led in the XP3GPP database with specifi c search cases, aiming to fi nd out relevant documents more efficiently. It is expected that the method disclosed in this paper could be helpful to optimize the search strategies.
