Historical Evolution and Characteristics of the Patent System Construction of China

改革开放以来,我国专利制度建设从无到有,经历了借鉴探索、外驱顺应接轨和内驱同化创新三个阶段的历史演进;专利制度建设过程中呈现从路径依赖到同化创新、专利保护不断加强、融合创新与世界接轨等特点。

Since Chinese reform and opening-up, the patent system construction has passed three historical stages of evaluation since inception: learning and exploring, externally-driven compliance and connection, internally-driven assimilation and innovation. There are some characteristics presented in the process of the patent system construction: the progress from path dependence to assimilation innovation, continuous strengthen of patent protection, assimilation and innovation, connection with global community and so on.
