基于专利信息分析的中国沙漠化治理现状及未来发展路径

摘要 本文以沙漠化治理重点技术领域专利数据为样本,采用专利信息分析的方法,通过对几大重点领域全球及中国专利申请概况的总结、国内申请和国外来华申请特点的对比以及主要技术分支的专利布局方向和布局重点的挖掘,客观阐明了现阶段我国在沙漠化治理领域的优势和不足,并通过对国外申请人在相关领域进行专利布局特点的深入解读,提出可供我国在沙漠化治理领域借鉴的发展路径。 Using the method of patent information analysis, taking patent data of key technologies in desertifi cation control as sample, and basd on the summary of several key areas of global and Chinese patent application, the comparison of foreign patent application in China and domestic patent application, and exploitation of patent layout direction and emphases of major technology branches, this paper objectively illustrates the advantages and disadvantages in the field of desertification control in our country at present stage, and based on the interpretation of patent layout features of applicant abroad in related field, finally puts forward the development path in the fields of desertification control which can be references in the our country.
