摘要
企业要强化知识产权意识,建立行业协会,组建专业律师和代理人团队,政府相关部门应当为企业做好保驾护航工作,组建海外知识产权维权援助中心,建立知识产权预警机制,提高企业“走出去”知识产权纠纷应对能力。
Enterprises should strengthen their awareness of intellectual property protection, establish trade associations to deal with "Section 337 Investigations" and set up teams of professional lawyers and agents. Relevant government bodies should support enterprises by setting up overseas intellectual property rights protection assistance centers, establishing early warning mechanismsfor intellectual property rights, and improving the capacity of "going-global" enterprises in dealing with intellectualproperty disputes.
