摘要
本文通过对青光眼药物在中国的发明专利申请进行检索、统计,分析了专利申请量总体趋势、地域分布、排名前20位申请人的申请情况以及专利申请的技术领域分布,力求反映青光眼药物的专利申请现状,揭示青光眼药物的发展趋势,给出相关建议,为国内眼科制药企业和研究机构提供参考。
In the paper, by searching and counting the patent applications of glaucoma drug in China, the overall trend of patent applications, geographical distribution, the application status of the top 20 applicants, and the distribution of technical fi elds of patent applications were analyzed. This paper strives to refl ect the status of the patent protection of glaucoma drug, reveal the development trend of glaucoma drugs, give recommendations, and provide reference for domestic ophthalmic pharmaceutical companies and research institutions.
