摘要
目的探讨以团队小组为单位的教学方法(team based learning,TBL)融合情景模拟在医学生实习阶段医患沟通技巧教学中的应用。方法随机选取在安徽中医药大学第一附属医院实习的临床专业实习生40名,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统的带教式教学方法,观察组采用TBL融合情景模拟的教学方法。结果观察组实习生在接受培训前后(LCSAS)中文修订版得分、对教学方法的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL融合情景模拟教学方法能显著改善实习阶段医学生的医患沟通能力。
Objective To explore the application of team based learning (TBL) fusion scenario simulation in the teaching of doctors and patients communication skills during medical students' internship stage. Methods In the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 40 clinical interns were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, while the TBL fusion scenario simulation method was used in the observation group. Results Before and after training (LCSAS), interns in the observation group received significantly higher scores in Chinese revised edition and their satisfaction with teaching methods than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The TBL fusion scenario simulation teaching method can significantly improve the doctor-patient communication ability of medical students in the internship stage.
