PBL教学法在基础医学实验基本技能实验中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的在实验教学基础医学实验基本技能课程中引入以问题为导向的PBL教学法,探究PBL教学法在实验教学中的可行性。方法将学生随机分为2个班级,分别采用传统启发式教学法和PBL教学法开展教学活动。传统教学组以教师讲授、示范为主,再由学生进行实验操作。PBL教学组通过开展学生课前预习,指导学生课堂小组讨论,以学生为主体,教师进行引导、答疑和总结,再进行实验操作。通过课堂测验和课后问卷调查比较2班学生的学习情况。结果PBL教学组课堂测验成绩明显高于传统教学组,PBL教学组的学习主动性优于传统教学组。结论PBL教学法能逐步培养学生变被动为主动学习,提升学生分析问题、解决问题、提出问题的能力,进而提高学生的科学探索能力和综合素质,值得在实验教学中广泛开展。 Objective On the basis of the experimental teaching of medical laboratory basic skills course through introduction of the PBL teaching method of problem oriented, to explore the feasibility of PBL teaching method in experiment teaching. Methods The students were randomly divided into two classes, respectively by traditional heuristic teaching method and PBL teaching method in teaching activities. Traditional teaching group was given priority to with teachers' teaching, demonstration, and then by the student to carry on the experiment operation. PBL teaching group by conducting students to preview before class, students classroom discussion groups, take the student as the main body, teacher guide, answering questions and summarized, then the experimental operation. Through the classroom tests and questionnaire after class, we controlled the learning situation of the students in two classes. Results The PBL teaching group class test scores were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group, learning initiative of the PBL teaching group was better than that of the traditional teaching group. Conclusion PBL teaching method can gradually cultivate students become passive to active learning, improve students' ability to analyze problems, solve the problem, ask questions, improve the students' scientific inquiry ability and comprehensive quality, and is worth widely carring out in the experimental teaching.
