摘要
目的研究模拟医院在急诊教学中的应用。方法选取急诊科实习医生护士80名作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40名。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用模拟医院急救操作训练室进行教学,对比2组实习生的理论知识考试成绩、临床技能考核成绩以及自我评级(实际能力、应急能力、解决问题能力以及急救知识)。结果2组实习生的理论知识考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组实习生的临床技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组上述自我评级分值较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊教学实践中通过模拟医院的急救操作训练,其不仅仅是向相应的学生传授简单的理论知识,而是模拟真实的急救抢救情景,让相关的学生能积极主动的参与到教学过程,让其在一定程度上实现理论与实践相结合的目的,最大化提高学生的理论知识应用能力。
Objective To study the application of simulated hospital in emergency teaching. Methods 80 interns and nurses in emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 in each group. The control group was taught by routine teaching methods, while the observation group was taught by simulated hospital emergency operation training room. The theoretical knowledge test scores, clinical skills test scores and self-rating (actual ability, emergency ability, problem solving ability and first aid consciousness) of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical knowledge test scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). The clinical skills test scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The self-rating scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency teaching practice through the simulation of hospital emergency operation training, it is not only to impart simple theoretical knowledge to the corresponding students, but also to simulate the real emergency rescue situation, so that relevant students can actively participate in the teaching process. To a certain extent, it can achieve the purpose of combining theory with practice, and maximize the application ability of students' theoretical knowledge.
