案例教学法与传统教学法在皮肤科临床教学中的应用效果比较 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在皮肤科临床教学中的应用。方法选取60名在广州中医药大学第一附属医院皮肤科实习的医学生为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与试验组,试验组采用案例教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法进行教学。实习结束时对2组实习医学生进行理论、技能考试。结果试验组实习医学生理论考试、技能考试的成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法更符合皮肤科临床教学特点。 Objective To explore the application of case teaching method in clinical teaching of dermatology. Methods Sixty students who were internship in the dermatology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The experimental group used the case teaching method for teaching, and the control group used the traditional teaching method for teaching. At the end of the internship, the two groups of students were tested for theory and skills. Results The scores of theoretical test and skill test of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The case-based teaching method is more in line with the clinical teaching characteristics of dermatology.
