摘要
从广州中医药大学第一附属医院2018年门诊中药饮片处方中,每月随机抽取300张,共计3600张,采用分类汇总的方法进行统计,对不合格处方进行点评分析,以了解本院门诊中药饮片处方的质量情况。通过调查分析,本院2018年度门诊中药饮片处方合格率为90.56%,不合格率为9.44%。被抽查的不合格处方存在的问题主要体现在处方格式不规范和用药不适宜2大方面,其中以脚注缺漏或不符这一问题处方所占的比例最高。为确保患者用药安全,应加强重视门诊中药饮片处方质量情况,采取相应的干预措施,规范医疗行为。
Approaching from the prescription review of Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital clinic, a classified summary of statistical data is conducted based on 300 samples of prescription from the hospital clinic respectively during 2018, totaling 3600 pieces. The findings reveal that the percentage of pass is 90.56% and the unqualified rate was 9.44%. The incorrect form and inappropriate usage of medicine are the major issues with the missing of footnotes and discrepancy particularly topping the list. Regarding these results, some suggestions are put forward to better enhance the awareness of maintaining the quality of prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine so as to secure the health of patients.
