真武汤联合葶苈大枣泻肺汤治疗老年慢性心衰临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的系统性评价中药复方真武汤联合葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗老年慢性心衰患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2018年1月—2019年1月于门诊及病房收治的老年慢性心衰患者50例,入组病例采取信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。2组患者均根据临床治疗指南应用西药治疗。试验组在对照组基础上联合真武汤及葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减,观察2组患者的左心功能(LVEF)和B型尿钠肽(BNP)情况。结果在治疗12周后试验组的LVEF为(49.7±7.2)%,对照组为(44.8±5.9)%,BNP情况试验组为(3123.1±4854.6)pg/mL,对照组为(5274.9±4252.3)pg/mL,结果试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年慢性心衰患者应用真武汤联合葶苈泻肺汤加减,临床效果优异,可以改善患者临床症状,提高老年慢性心衰患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 50 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method. 25 patients in the control group were treated with western medicine according to clinical treatment guidelines. In the experimental group, 25 cases were treated with Zhenwu decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction on the basis of the control group. The left ventricular function (LVEF) and B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) were observed in the two groups. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the new function and BNP status of the experimental group were significantly different from those of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
