定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dingchuan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的系统性评价古方定喘汤联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床疗效和分析定喘汤组方原理。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者50例,入组病例采取信封法随机分为2组,各25例。2组患者均予以常规解痉、平喘、抗炎等对症治疗,对照组联合穴位贴敷,试验组在对照组基础上联合定喘汤口服,观察2组患者的治疗前后中医证候改善有效率及肺功能情况。结果治疗后试验组中医证候积分为(10.7±3.2)分,对照组为(16.3±3.5)分。中医治疗有效率情况:试验组:显效:15(60%),有效:8(32%),无效:2(8%)。对照组:显效:10(40%),有效:6(24%),无效:9(36%),肺功能FEV1/FEV1prep治疗后对照组为(61.2±6.3)%,试验组为(67.1±5.9)%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的患者定喘汤联合,临床效果优异,可以改善患者肺功能,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 50 patients with acute exacerbation COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment such as routine spasmolysis, asthma relief and anti-inflammation. 25 cases in the control group were treated with acupoint application, and 25 cases in the experimental group were treated with Dingchuan decoction orally on the basis of the control group. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms to improve the efficiency and pulmonary function were observed. Results After treatment, the score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was (10.7±3.21) and that in the control group was (16.3±3.51). Efficiency of TCM treatment: The experimental group: marked effect: 15 (60%), effective: 8 (32%), ineffective: 2 (8%). Control group: marked effect: 10 (40%), effective: 6 (24%), ineffective: 9 (36%), lung function FEV1 / FEV1 prep treatment control group was (61.2±6.3)%, experimental group was (67.1±5.89)%, experimental group were better than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application for patients with acute exacerbation COPD has excellent clinical effect. It can improve the lung function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with COPD. It is worthy of clinical application.
