中西医结合治疗慢性胃溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的探究中西医结合治疗慢性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法将收治的92例慢性胃溃疡患者随机分为试验组与对照组各46例,分别采用中西医结合及单纯西医治疗,观察治疗效果。结果经研究,试验组治疗总有效率为97.62%,对照组为73.81%,试验组复发率为4.76%,对照组为28.57%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用中西医结合方式对慢性胃溃疡患者进行治疗,改善患者溃疡症状,提升治疗效果,降低病症复发率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic gastric ulcer. Methods 92 patients with chronic gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. They were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and simple western medicine respectively. The therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 97.62% in the experimental group and 73.81% in the control group, the recurernce rate was 4.76% in the experimental group and 28.57% in the control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is worthwhile to promote the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which can improve the symptoms of ulcer, improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
