基于学校发展视角的高职院校百万扩招分析

On Enrollment Expansion of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the Colleges

近年来,把职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展全局的突显位置已成为人们的共识。2019年政府工作报告中提出职业院校扩招百万的目标,赋予了职业教育新的站位。笔者从职业院校视角,分析由百万扩招给学校带来的机遇和挑战,并从专业建设、学制设置、人才培养、培养原则等方面进行路径探索,以期为职业学校在扩招期间解决所面对的问题提供一些有价值的参考。

In recent years, it has become a consensus that vocational education should be placed in a prominent position in the overall situation of educational reform and innovation and economic and social development. In the government work report of 2019, the goal of expanding the enrollment of vocational colleges by one million is put forward, which gives vocational education a new position. From the perspective of vocational colleges, the author analyses the opportunities and Challenges brought to the schools by the one-million-enrollment-expansion, and explores the paths from the aspects of specialty construction, school system setting, personnel training and training principles, with a view to providing some valuable references for vocational colleges to solve the problems they are facing during the enrollment expansion.
