“慢就业”背景下高职院校开展创新创业教育的现状与思考——基于芜湖5所高职院校创业意愿的调查

The Survey and Study of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Background of Slow Employment——The Survey of Business Intention of Five Vocational Colleges in Wuhu

随着我国经济发展进入增长速度的“换挡期”,“慢就业”现象日益凸显。为了更好地激发高职学生的创业意愿和创业激情,拓宽学生的就业市场,成就高质量就业,缓解严峻的就业压力,围绕着“慢就业”的大学生创新创业教育显得尤为重要。从芜湖5所高职院校的创新创业教育实际出发,根据学生创业情况的调查,多角度多方面分析了学生的创业与家庭、专业、个人观念、接受创新创业教育等因素的关系。结果显示:参加创新创业大赛和校园创业实践活动的高职学生更有利于培养自己的创新创业能力,实现高质量就业。

With the Shift Period of growth rate of China’s economy, Slow Employment, a new type of employment phenomenon, has increasingly become prominent. For the purpose of stimulating students' entrepreneurial desire and enthusiasm, broadening students' employment market, achieving high-quality employment and easing the severe employment pressure, it is important to direct our Innovation and entrepreneurship educa? tion to solve the problems of slow employment, especially for vocational Students. According to the realities and survey of five higher vocational colleges in Wuhu, this paper investigates the situations among students, families, personal concept, acceptance of the Innovation and entrepreneurship education and the like. It is indicated that higher vocational students participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship contest and campus entrepreneurship practice activities have the advantages of cultivating their innovation and entrepreneurship ability, which contributes to achieving the high-quality employment.
