中西医结合综合康复方法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效评价

Efficacy of the integrative medicine plus rehabilitation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmoriary Disease,COPD)采取中西医结合综合康复方法治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取102例我院接收的COPD患者,入院时间为2014年3月-2017年3月,随机分为对照组51例,予以中西医结合治疗,观察组51例,予以中西医结合综合康复方法治疗,对相关指标进行观察。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,治疗后,观察组患者肺功能指标及6mins步行试验(6-minutes WalkTest,6-MWT)、血气指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病采取中西医结合综合康复方法治疗的疗效确切,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine plus rehabilitation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 102 patients were randomly divided into the control group (51 cases, given the integrative medicine) and the observation group (51 cases, given the integrative medicine plus rehabilitation). Results: After treatment, the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05). The lung function index, 6MWT and blood gas indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine plus rehabilitation is effective and has clinical value.
