琥珀香附宽心汤治疗肝郁气滞型广泛性焦虑症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating generalized anxiety disorder of the Ganyu Qizhi type with the Hupo Xiangfu Kuanxin decoction

目的:观察琥珀香附宽心汤治疗广泛性焦虑症(Generalized Anxiety Disorder,GAD)的临床疗效。方法:选取嘉善中医院内科门诊和嘉善第一人民医院心理卫生科门诊广泛性焦虑症患者180例,随机分为西药组(盐酸帕罗西汀组)60例、中药组(琥珀香附宽心汤组)60例、中西药组(盐酸帕罗西汀加琥珀香附宽心汤组)60例,分别予盐酸帕罗西汀,每天1次,20mg口服、琥珀香附宽心汤、盐酸帕罗西汀加琥珀香附宽心汤治疗,每组治疗8周时间,治疗前后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)进行焦虑评分,对比临床疗效。结果:三个组的总有效率没有明显差异(P>0.05),但中西药组治疗前后HAMA下降程度明显,且临床治愈率高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀香附宽心汤治疗肝郁气滞型GAD能起到与盐酸帕罗西汀相同的疗效,且中西药结合治疗临床效果更显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the Hupo Xiangfu Kuanxin decoction (琥珀香附宽心汤) on generalized anxiety disorder. Methods: 180 cases were randomly divided into three groups, 60 cases in each group. Western medicine (1 group) was given paroxetine hydrochloride. TCM medicine (2 group) was given the Hupo Xiangfu Kuanxin decoction. The integrative medicine (3 group) was given paroxetine hydrochloride plus the Hupo Xiangfu Kuanxin decoction. Results:There was no significant difference in the total efficiency among three groups (P>0.05). HAMA was decreased significantly in 3 group, and the clinical cure rate was higher than the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Hupo Xiangfu Kuanxin decoction was effective on generalized anxiety disorder with the Ganyu Qizhi type (肝郁气滞型), with the same efficacy of paroxetine hydrochloride.
