针刺联合补阳还五汤加常规西医治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus routine western medicine on stroke sequela

目的:探讨针刺联合补阳还五汤加常规西医治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:纳入我院2017年6月13日—2018年8年11日收治的中风后遗症患者84例。随机数字表分组,对照组采取西医治疗,中西医组则采取西医加上针刺联合补阳还五汤治疗。比较对照组、中西医组疗效;运动功能改善的时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)以及巴氏指数;不良反应。结果:中西医组疗效、运动功能改善的时间、住院时间、卒中量表NIHSS评分、运动功能Fugl-Meyer以及巴氏指数相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。中西医组不良反应和对照组差异无明显统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:针刺联合补阳还五汤加常规西医治疗中风后遗症的效果理想。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with the Buyang Huanwu decoction (补阳还五汤) on stroke sequelae. Methods: 84 patients with stroke sequelae were divided into two groups. The control group took western medicine. The integrative medicine group took acupuncture with the Buyang Huanwu decoction more. Results: The efficiency, improvement of exercise function time, time of hospitalization, NIHSS score, movement function and Pap index were better in the integrative medicine group, P<0.05. There was no significant difference between two groups in adverse reactions, P>0.05. Conclusion: Acupuncture with the Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequelae was effective.
