焦氏头针结合康复技术对缺血性脑卒中患者的影响

Efficacy of Jiao’s scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation on CIS

目的:观察焦氏头针结合康复技术治疗缺血性脑卒中(Cerebral Ischemic Stroke,CIS)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择缺血性脑卒中患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组用康复技术进行治疗,治疗组在康复治疗技术的基础上应用头针疗法,10d为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后,观察两组疗效及两组治疗前后的改良巴氏指数评定表(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)、中医证候积分比较和中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表的评分,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.9%(P<0.05),且两组患者的MBI评分均有所提升,中医证候积分和神经功能缺损程度评分均降低,治疗组的运动功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过临床观察,焦氏头针结合康复技术治疗缺血性脑卒中患者疗效显著,能有效降低致残率。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiao’s scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation on ischemic stroke. Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by rehabilitation. The treatment group applied scalp acupuncture more, for 10 days. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.9% in the control group (P<0.05);the MBI scores in both groups were improved, and the scores of TCM syndrome and neurological deficit were reduced. The improvement of motor function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiao’s scalp acupuncture with rehabilitation on ischemic stroke is effective, which can effectively reduce the disability rate.
