复方虎杖合剂治疗痛风2000例的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating gout with the Fufang Huzhang mixture

目的:探究复方虎杖合剂治疗痛风的临床价值研究。方法:选取2010年8月-2018年7月工作室就诊的2000例患者作为研究对象,实验组患者使用复方虎杖合剂,对照组使用别嘌呤治疗,比较两组患者血尿酸、血清胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(Low Density Lipoprotein-Cholesterol,LDL-C)。结果:实验组和对照组患者接受治疗后血尿酸、血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平下降,高密度脂蛋白水平上升(P<0.05);治疗组患者的血脂相关指标水平和血尿酸水平改善明显好于对照组患者的血脂相关指标水平和血尿酸水平(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组的不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用复方虎杖合剂治疗痛风具有显著的治疗效果,减轻患者炎性反应,减少尿酸形成,安全可靠。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Fufang Huzhang mixture (复方虎杖合剂) on gout. Methods: 2 000 patients were selected as subjects. The experimental group was treated with the Fufang Huzhang mixture and the control group was treated with allopurine. The serum uric acid, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between the two groups were compared. Results: The levels of serum uric acid, TC, TG and LDL-C were decreased and HDL-C level was increased after treatment (P<0.05). The blood lipid-related index level and blood uric acid level in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The Fufang Huzhang mixture was effective on gout, relieves inflammatory reaction, reduces uric acid formation, and is safe and reliable.
