中医针灸在原发性痛经患者治疗中的应用效果观察

Clinical observation on treating primary dysmenorrhea by acupuncture

目的:探讨中医针灸在原发性痛经患者治疗中的应用效果以及应用价值。方法:随机选取2015 年6 月- 2018 年 6 月我院门诊诊治的48 例原发性痛经患者,采取随机数字表法均分为两组。观察组24 例患者采取中医针灸治疗。另外24 例患者进行常规治疗作为对照观察,对比两组临床疗效。结果:两组48 例患者治疗效果表明,观察组24 例患者治疗有效率相比对照组更高(P < 0.05)。治疗2 个月、治疗3 个月后观察组24 例患者疼痛模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及治疗后中医症状积分均明显优于对照组,差异具有有统计学意义(P < 0.05);两组患者健康状况调查(Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short- Form Health Survey, SF-36)评分有明显的改善,但观察组明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:采用中医针灸可起到显著改善患者痛经等症状,恢复正常生理功能,发挥疏经通络、调理气血、抑制痛经复发等作用,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective: To explore the application effect of acupuncture on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 48 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture;the patients in the control group were given conventional therapy. Results: The efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores and TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The SF-36 scores in the two groups were significantly improved, but those in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, restore normal physiological functions, play the role of ShujingTongluo (疏经通络), Tiaoli Qixue (调理气血), and inhibiting the recurrence of dysmenorrhea, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
