黄连解毒汤治疗重症肛周脓肿临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation on treating severe perianal abscess with the Huanglian Jiedu decoction

目的:探讨黄连解毒汤在重症肛周脓肿治疗中的作用。方法:选取2017 年6 月- 2018 年2 月期间我院肛肠科收治的重症肛周脓肿患者50 例作为观察对象,根据分段随机原则分为观察组和对照组,各25 例,对照组给予肛周脓肿一次性根治术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄连解毒汤及艾灸治疗,观察治疗效果及术后3 d 体温、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)、 C 反应蛋白( C-reactive Protein,CRP)、动态红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate,ESR)等实验室指标和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,观察组CRP、ESR结果均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P< 0.05);两组不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论:重症肛周脓肿应用黄连解毒汤治疗能提高患者的治疗效果,促进内毒素的吸收,有效改善患者的临床症状,不良反应轻微。

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Huanglian Jiedu decoction (黄连解毒汤) on severe perianal abscess. Methods: 50 patients with severe perianal abscess were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each. The control group was treated by one-time radical resection of perianal abscess. The observation group was treated with the Huanglian Jiedu decoction plus moxibustion more. Results: The efficiency was 96.0% in the observation group, better than 76.0% in the control group. CRP and ESR were better in the observation group. Conclusion: The Huanglian Jiedu decoction was effective on severe perianal abscess, promote the absorption of endotoxin, effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with mild adverse reactions.
